Eligibility

– This program is open to all employees of Etiqa.
– Participants must be employed at the time of entry and reward distribution.
– Contractors or staff from Maybank Group may be listed as squad members

Competition Period

Start Date: 1 April 2025
End Date: 30 June 2025
Entries submitted before or after the competition period will not be eligible.

How To Enter

Squads must register for Squad Super League II during competition period subject to review and approval of the SSL Committee and the Senior Management Committee

Rewards

Every squad that meets the following criteria will be eligible for rewards:
1️⃣ Achieving between 70% – 90% of the WBR target – RM3,000 per squad.
2️⃣ Meeting the WBR improvement target – RM5,000 per squad.
3️⃣ Exceeding the WBR target by 110% or more – RM7,000 per squad.
4️⃣ There is a maximum reward limit of RM2,000 per squad member.
5️⃣ Rewards for squads outside Malaysia may be non-monetary due to policy restrictions. Further details on alternative recognition will be provided.

Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged based on:

1. Timely weekly submission of measurements.
2. Adherence to the agile principles
3. Meeting the overall squad goal. The decision of the judges
will be final and binding.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified after final evaluation and verification of results.

Acceptance of Rules

Participation in Squad Super League II constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
