    Harness your data powers to the fullest, learning how to:

  • Decode the mystery of WBR charts for strategic advantage
  • Craft powerful case studies using data insights
  • Wield the mighty OAS tool for data manipulation and visualization
    • Consultative Sessions
    Guided by Mr Amran and the Data team, squads will:

  • Discuss on your ideas and receive wisdom-packed feedback
  • Uncover hidden sub-data that fuels your success
  • Link your heroic impacts to the mighty WBR charts for maximum results
    • Shark Tank with GMC/SMC

    Format: 5 minute presentation + 2 minute Q&A battle

  • In this 5-minute presentation showdown, your Squad will share the idea refinement with senior leadership and have a 2-minute Q&A battle to shape your futures in the SSL II universe!

    Kick-off Briefing, 14th February

    Introduction to the SSL II mission blueprint.

    Data Workshop, 18th - 19th February

    Master the art of interpreting WBR charts, creating impactful case studies from data insights, and harnessing the power of the OAS tool for data manipulation and visualization.

    Consultation Sessions, 24 February - 6th March

    One-to-one feedback with En Amran and Data team. Validate metrics and adjust as needed to align with WBR.

    Squads Registration, 24th February - 6th March

    Submit your Squad's name and team members

    Shark Tank, TBC

    GMC and SMC members will review and provide feedback on Squad's submission.
    Alternative metrics and targets may be suggested if the proposed metric is deemed unsuitable.

    Implementation, TBC

    Begin implementation and track progress using Agile practices.
    Regular agile rituals (DSU, Sprint Reviews, Retrospective) for continuous improvement.
    Monitor your Squad’s effect on the WBR chart.

    Closing / Final Presentation, TBC

    Teams present their final outcomes and impact on WBR metrics.
    GMC and SMC provide feedback on results and deliberate on awards.
